We will give you a timeframe and we will aim to achieve the result within the timeframe. Direct transit as opposed to port-hopping is our preferable strategy. We are not cheap. We aim to achieve the delivery within a reasonable timeframe. You will get a premium service. Your yacht will be very well looked after. You will only be contacted if there is a problem; but you are welcome to contact us whenever you wish.
The yacht's interior will be well protected and wrapped. Having been involved in the marine industry for many years, being involved in refits, and having seen what long arduous conditions can do to a yacht, I am well aware of the protection that is required. The comfort of the crew and skipper is secondary to the welfare of the yachts interior. Pre-Delivery preparation is taken very seriously, although the aim it to compete it rapidly, it is done well.
Whilst we want to deliver your sailing yacht to its destination as quickly as possible, there will be occasions when the weather prevents this. We will discuss a number of options with you so that we can conclude business to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.
If you wish for shopping to be done or anything that will make your life easier, then we will try to accommodate you.
Bear in mind that maintenance, repair and installation can be done on either side of the voyage if you require.
The yacht will be left in a presentable state.
